Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • All shipments go via ground services only.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after processing.
  • Expedited or air shipping is not available.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to state and local regulations, some products cannot ship to certain states or regions.
  • Customers are responsible for complying with local laws before purchasing.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund for the restricted items.

Rates & Tracking

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include photos of the outer box, shipping label, packing materials, and product(s) so we can file a carrier claim.
  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once handed to the carrier, delivery timelines can be affected by weather, peak volumes, and carrier issues.
  • If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist with a carrier trace and claim.
