All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

  • We may request photos of the damaged packaging and product for verification.
  • If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Why No Returns? Smoke celebration products are specialty consumable items. For safety, compliance, and quality control reasons, once these items leave our facility they cannot be restocked or resold.
