What is BG Reveals?
BG Reveals is a single-shot outdoor gender reveal smoke cannon offered in pink or blue. It is designed to create a vivid pillar of color for an outdoor reveal moment.
Is BG Reveals available in pink and blue?
Yes. Select Pink or Blue on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Review the selected color again in your cart before checkout.
What are the activation choices?
Current choices are Manual, Remote Activation System, and Professional Results. Every option includes free day-of-reveal setup support, with private contact details supplied with the shipped instructions. Manual follows the supplied product-specific setup. Remote Activation adds app-connected, phone-based control with a compatible iPhone or Android device. Professional Results combines upgraded remote activation with a more guided assisted-walkthrough experience.
Can someone else order to keep the color a surprise?
Yes. A trusted friend or family member can select the color and place the order. Have them verify the chosen color in the cart and order confirmation while keeping those details away from the parents-to-be.
What should I expect the effect to look like?
BG Reveals produces a fast, vivid pillar of colored smoke. The supplied product description states that the effect rises over 75 feet and the main release takes approximately one to two seconds. Outdoor conditions can affect how the color moves after release.
What is the colored material made from?
The supplied BG Reveals product information identifies the colored material as biodegradable, food-grade rice powder. Follow the package directions for use, cleanup, storage, and disposal.

Do I need to check local or venue rules?
Yes. Permission and requirements vary by location. Confirm local rules, venue policies, required clearances, weather conditions, and any applicable safety requirements before the event.
What if the weather changes?
Review the package instructions and venue requirements again on event day. If wind, dry conditions, precipitation, or another condition conflicts with those directions, postpone the reveal or choose another permitted plan.
How close should guests, children, or animals be?
Use only the distances and positioning required by the instructions included with your specific product. Keep children, guests, and animals outside that area and maintain adult supervision throughout setup and use.
How should I plan for photos and video?
Choose the camera position before setup. Place the camera so the reveal is well lit rather than silhouetted, leave extra room above the setup, protect equipment from drifting material, and never move people or cameras inside a distance required by the product instructions.

Where do you currently ship?
BG Reveals ships by ground to eligible U.S. destinations configured in our active shipping profile. Use the estimator on our Shipping Information page, then enter the complete address at checkout for the final availability decision.
How long does delivery usually take?
Current handling-inclusive estimates are approximately 2–4 business days for eligible South, Southeast, Midwest, and Plains destinations; 3–4 for eligible Northeast destinations; and 3–5 for eligible Mountain and Southwest destinations. Estimates are not guarantees.
When should I order for a specific event date?
Order as early as practical and leave extra time beyond the displayed estimate. Ground transit, address eligibility, handling, and unexpected carrier delays can affect arrival. Checkout shows the current estimate before payment.
How does free day-of-reveal support work?
Free setup support is included with each order. To keep the support line private and available to customers, the contact details are supplied with the instructions inside your shipment rather than posted publicly.
What if the package or instructions arrive damaged or incomplete?
Do not use the product if its packaging, warnings, or instructions are missing, damaged, or unclear. Keep the package and contact us with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue.
