Use the product only outdoors in a suitable clear location that is permitted by the venue and applicable local requirements.

Do not wait until guests arrive. Review every warning, step, required clearance, and product-specific direction in advance.

Keep the Area Controlled
Choose a location that places children, guests, animals, cameras, equipment, and surrounding structures outside the area required by the product instructions, and maintain adult supervision.

Never guess, alter the product, or improvise a method. If the item or directions do not match what you expected, pause and contact us.
GENERAL PLANNING GUIDE
Before, During & After the Reveal
Before the event: confirm permission and conditions
Confirm venue permission and applicable local requirements. Review wind, dry conditions, precipitation, overhead hazards, and the clear area required by the product instructions. If conditions conflict with those directions, postpone or choose another permitted plan.
Before setup: inspect the package and directions
Check that the package is intact and that the complete warnings and instructions are present and readable. Confirm that the product and selected option match the order. Do not proceed if anything is missing, damaged, or unclear.
At the location: establish the required area
Use the product-specific distances and placement directions supplied with the item. Position guests, children, animals, cameras, equipment, and surrounding materials outside that area before setup begins.
During setup and use: assign one responsible adult
Have one responsible adult lead the process, restrict access to the setup area, keep the product attended, and follow the supplied sequence for the selected option exactly. Do not alter, misuse, or improvise.
After the event: follow product-specific directions
Follow only the cleanup, handling, storage, and disposal directions supplied with your specific product. These requirements can differ by item. If the directions are unavailable or unclear, keep the area controlled and contact us.
If something does not go as expected
Stop and follow the product-specific warning and emergency information supplied with the item. Do not attempt an improvised correction. Contact the appropriate local emergency resource when the supplied directions or circumstances call for it.
